When a homeowner has an electrical emergency at 2 AM, they're calling multiple electricians and going with whoever answers first. We implemented an AI voice assistant that answers every call instantly, 24/7, and can dispatch notifications to on-call technicians immediately. The system also captures all lead information and schedules non-emergency appointments automatically. Emergency call capture increased by 156% and response time dropped to under 30 seconds.
