This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Zentech Digital collects, uses, stores, and protects information connected with our text messaging programs. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. SMS Information We Collect
We may collect your mobile number, the date and method of consent, messaging preferences, message content, delivery and engagement records, opt-out requests, and information needed to operate and document the messaging program.
3. How We Use SMS Information
We use SMS information to send requested service updates, onboarding messages, reminders, responses, account communications, and marketing or promotional messages when separately authorized. We also use it to maintain consent records, honor opt-outs, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.
4. Mobile Data Protection and Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.
We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to lead generators, affiliates, or other third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
5. Service Providers
Messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, aggregators, hosting providers, and customer-support vendors may process SMS information only as needed to deliver or support our messaging services. They are not authorized to use opt-in information for their own marketing.
6. STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or visit our Contact page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Consent, Security, and Retention
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We use reasonable safeguards and retain consent, messaging, and opt-out records as reasonably necessary for operations, compliance, disputes, and legal obligations.
