You agree to provide accurate information, maintain appropriate access credentials, and promptly provide materials or approvals reasonably needed to perform services.
4. Payments and Renewals
Fees are due as shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Recurring services renew until canceled according to the stated cancellation terms. Past-due balances may result in suspension.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and authorization of content, business information, accounts, images, trademarks, and access you provide.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, submitting a form, or otherwise opting in, you authorize Zentech Digital to send SMS or MMS messages to that number using automated technology where permitted. Messages may include service updates, onboarding information, reminders, responses to inquiries, account communications, and marketing or promotional content when you have separately opted in.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
